Massimo Florio è Professore emerito di Scienza delle Finanze, Università degli Studi di Milano. I suoi principali interessi di ricerca riguardano l’analisi costi-benefici, le politiche industriali e regionali, le infrastrutture e la crescita, le privatizzazioni, l’impresa pubblica e l’economia della conoscenza.
