Laura Nota. Professoressa ordinaria di Psicologia dell’orientamento e psicologia dell’inclusione presso l’Università di Padova, dove dirige il Laboratorio di Ricerca e Intervento per l’Orientamento alle scelte, ed è membro del Comitato direttivo Ph.D Programme in Human Rights, Society and Multi-level Governance del Centro Diritti Umani (CDU) della stessa Università. Ha diretto il Centro di Ateneo per la disabilità e l’Inclusione (2010-2020) ed è stata Delegata per Rettore per l’Inclusione e la Disabilità (2015-2021). Membro del Forum Giusta Transizione della CGIL. È stata membro della Commissione Orientamento della Crui e del Comitato Tecnico-Scientifico del Mur PLS e POT 2021-2023 e “orientamento attivo” (Pnrr). Coordinatrice del GdL ‘Inclusione e Giustizia sociale’ nell’ambito Rete delle Università per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile (Rus); past-president della Società Italiana Orientamento e membro del direttivo, past president dell’European Society for Vocational Designing and Career Counseling e membro del direttivo, editor dell’International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance. Rappresenta l’Università di Padova nell’UNITWIN NETWORK “Life designing interventions for decent work and sustainable development”, espressione dell’UNESCO Chair for Lifelong Counseling, e partecipa a network Europei in materia di inclusione finanziati dalla Comunità europea. Ha diretto il corso di Alta Formazione ‘La passione per la verità e la costruzione di contesti inclusivi’ in collaborazione con la Federazione Nazionale per la Stampa Italiana, ed è membro del comitato ordinatore del corso di perfezionamento in Orientamento e career counselling per l’inclusione, la sostenibilità e la giustizia sociale. Ha partecipato al GdL di contrasto alle disuguaglianze del Mur coordinato da Fabrizio Barca e Fulvio Esposito (Ministro Manfredi). È stata membro del GdL ‘Ruolo delle conoscenze nel contrasto alle disuguaglianze’ che vede la collaborazione del Forum Disuguaglianze e Diversità, della Rus e della Crui. Membro del Comitato direttivo della testata ‘La Cura del Vero’ e responsabile della rubrica ‘Inclusione e Giustizia Eco-sociale’ del Centro Diritti Umani (Cdu). Nel 2021 è stata premiata da Articolo 21 per il suo impegno in materia di inclusione. È autrice di una ventina di volumi sui temi di ricerca, di strumenti di valutazione dei processi inclusivi e di costruzione del futuro e orientamento, di più di 200 pubblicazioni scientifiche.

Laura Nota. Full professor of Vocational Psychology and Psychology of Inclusion at University of Padova, where she directs the Larios Laboratory (Laboratory for career research and intervention), has directed the University Centre for Disability and Inclusion (2010-2020), and served as the Delegate for Rector for Inclusion and Disability (2015-2021). Member of the Executive Board of the Ph.D Program in Human Rights, Society and Multi-level Governance of the Human Rights Center (HRC) of the same university. Member of Italian University Rectors Conference (Crui) commission on vocational designing. MUR Technical-Scientific Committee component -PLS/POT 2021-2023 and Vocational Guidance Pnrr; member of the CGIL Just Transition Forum.

She coordinates the Working Table ‘Inclusion and Social Justice’ within the Network of the Italian University for Sustainable Development; she is the Past-President of the Italian Society of Vocational Guidance and Executive Board member, and past President of the European Society of Vocational Designing and Career Counseling and Executive Board member; editor of the International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance. She represents the University of Padova in the UNITWIN NETWORK “Life Designing Interventions for Decent Work and Sustainable Development”, expression of the UNESCO Chair for Lifelong Counseling; and she participates in European networks in the field of inclusion funded by the European Community. She directed the advanced training course ‘The passion for truth and the construction of inclusive contexts’ in collaboration with the National Federation for the Italian Press, and is a member of the organizing committee of the post graduated course in Career counseling for inclusion, sustainability and social justice. She has participated in the GdL of contrasting inequalities of the Ministry of University and Research coordinated by Fabrizio Barca and Fulvio Esposito (Minister Manfredi) and in the GdL ‘Role of Knowledge in Countering Inequality’ which has the collaboration of the FDD, Rus and Crui. Member of the Executive Board of the magazine La Cura del Vero and head of the Inclusion and Eco-social Justice column at the Human Rights Center (University of Padova). In 2021, she was honored by Article 21 for her commitment to inclusion. She is the author of some 20 volumes on research topics, tools for evaluating inclusive processes and building futures, more than 200 scientific publications.
